Due to the high volume of enquiries that we receive, please allow five working days for us to respond to your request.
As you can imagine, the overall cost of visits significant. On top of your lunch that costs £3.25, we have to spend in excess of £15,000 per year on administrative costs to accommodate our visitors.
We kindly ask that in order to visit the school you make a donation to cover your lunch and administrative costs. We will use your donation to keep the school open to visitors. Budgets at schools are tight and we want to continue to keep Michaela open for all to see. Donations tend to range from £5 to £50 per person.
Please note that we won’t be able to process your request until a donation has been made via Just Giving.

1 – You MUST donate in order for your request to be processed
- You will need your reference number to complete the booking form
- The donation amount should reflect number of visitors (if group)
2 – You MUST provide three possible dates. Click here for our 2025/26 visit dates (subject to availability).
3 – If you are visiting in a group, the group lead should complete ONE FORM, and list the name, role and DBS number of all other visitors.
